Refund policy

Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@islaathletic.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 19/f Block B, Vita Tower, 29 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Hong Kong. 

Please note that our policy requires the customer, to bear the shipping fee of the returned item. We will notify you once we receive the returned item(s) and confirmed the condition of the item is acceptable. In the meantime, please let us know what product(s) you would like to exchange for. If the product(s) you select exceeds your original purchase, you will need to pay the difference before we ship the exchanged product(s).

Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Isla Athletic Ltd is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Customers are only eligible for one-time exchange. You can always contact us for any return question at info@islaathletic.com. 

Sale & Promotional Items – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

All products purchased as part of a sale, promotional event, discounted offer, or special promotion are FINAL SALE.

Products purchased under any sale or promotional offer are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, store credit, or size exchange, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

By completing a purchase of a sale or promotional item, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the purchase is final and that no return, refund, or exchange will be accepted.

This policy does not affect any rights the customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to products that are defective, damaged, or not as described.

ISLA ATHLETIC LTD. reserves the right to determine the eligibility of products for return, refund, or exchange and to make the final decision regarding the interpretation and application of these sale and promotional terms, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
